of our recent delves, Light Asylum and Humanbeast

Hello!

Progress is going well with our musical projects in the works- one follow up to November's Bubblegun, and one gargantuan synth rock project of massive proportions. Can't wait to tell you more about both of those, maybe even tantalize with a few musical tidbits...? Coming soon, promise.

Having lots of fun delving into vintage synthy/electronic'y styled rock- notably Genesis (music still needs you, Phil!), Can, Kraftwerk, and Eurythmics. We've also been fiendishly hunting down modern synth rock tracks. Incidentally if you find a song that you think we should hear- send us a link, we'll even credit you with your awesome find- if we indeed agree that it is awesome.

In our travels we've came across lots of really cool stuff. Recently we encountered these two which both feature lead singers that gave us shivers. The first track from Human Beast is very reminiscent of Annie Lennox- but with a VERY lo-fi, this-song-is-on-the-verge-of-self-destruction-noise-pop kind of presentation. Light Asylum is something else... like Otis Redding crossed with Ian Curtis... except female. Hope you find them as awesome as we did!
We present them to you for your auditory pleasure:
